The carnival season is a traditional German celebration where people like to dress-up. It is utterly bonkers and terrific fun. The programme features three couples on their hunt for the best handmade costume. Everybody gets the same amount of money and a time limit. However, most important is that it is not allowed to buy a complete outfit off-the-shelf, so there are no limits to creativity.
