Every day, Germany’s emergency call centres receive numerous emergency calls. Almost 20,000 of these turn out to be criminal offences. Around 300,000 police officers are on duty every day. The new VOX series follows the most gripping cases and the people involved across the country, visiting various police stations. The series aims to show how the emergency services deal with difficult situations. It also highlights the personal stories and emotions of the protagonists. They allow viewers to share in what happens to them and how they feel – what moves them and where they themselves sometimes reach their limits. Season 2 now on RTL
